Introduction
Benefits: The building is equipped with fire prevention and extinguishing facilities:
Non-flammable materials are used throughout
the building, along with fire control systems and
equipment to provide for maximum safety. Each
floor includes two fire escape staircases, one
fireman lifts, full sprinkler system, smoke and
heat detectors, and fire barriers in each shafts,
worldwide fire alarm system and extensive digital
closed circuit TV, which linked to the building
management and 24-hour monitoring system.
There are two offices' access points, one is from
the ground floor lobby and the other one is at the
upper lobby though the car park lifts. These two
impressive decorated lobbies are controlled by
24 hour security guards.
The building substructure consists of 276 bored
piles and the piling runs 57 meters deep
underground and mat foundation with diaphragm
wall and reinforced concrete basement.
The superstructure consists of a reinforced concrete column and shear wall, with post-tensioned slab and precast concrete external wall panels. This will help save the insurance fee, and definitely the adding cost of safety cover.
Electrical system
Benefits: The electrical system satisfies international safety standards and provides power supply sufficient to fulfill both current requirements and increased demand. The lighting system meets all the illumination level standards set by the Lighting Engineers Association.
The electrical emergency back-up system is
powered by a 1000 KVA. generator which activated
automatically in case power supplied by the
Metropolitan Electricity Authority is interrupted.
Continuous electrical service is assured to
communications equipment, all lifts,
public corridor light, exit door and escape light.

communications network. Enhancing with the computerized supervisory monitoring system and the 24-hour support and service of the emergency team. High zone and low zone spacious high-speed lifts are separated to offer the efficiency and ease of movement in the building.
